Long-term share-based incentive programmes

The purpose of the plans is to continue aligning the objectives of the management and Uponor shareholders in order to increase the value of the company, boost profitable growth and retain the services of the participants over the longer term. The plans offer key managers a competitive reward plan based on achieving the company’s strategic profitability and growth targets, and earning and accumulating Uponor shares.

Share-based incentive plan for key management 2017 – 2019
December 2016: Continuation of the Performance Share Plan to approximately 25-30 Group key managers, including the members of the Executive Committee, as resolved by the Board in 2014. The plan covers the calendar years 2017—2019. 
 
Share-based incentive plan for key management 2016 – 2018
December 2015: Continuation of the Performance Share Plan to approximately 25-30 Group key managers, including the members of the Executive Committee, as resolved by the Board in 2014. The plan covers the calendar years 2016—2018. 
 
Share-based incentive plan for key management 2015 - 2017
December 2014: A new Performance Share Plan to approximately 20-25 key managers of the Group, including the members of the Executive Committee. The plan has one performance period, covering the calendar years 2015—2017.
 
Share-based incentive plan for key management 2014 - 2016
February 2014: The plan covers the years 2014-2016 and it complements the existing plans for the years 2012-2014 and 2013-2015. The plan will cover a maximum of ten members of the Group’s key management.
